"When I got the acceptance of the TN taker, I felt so excited and happy. Please image that, you have dreamed something for a long time, and suddenly you found that is just lies in your hand, that kind of feeling is interesting and fucking good.
I joined AIESEC in 2007. First as an OGX member, soon selected as an OGX Team leader,
was responsible for the country partnership with India, in the 3 months, I got a 100% growth of our India exchange program. Then in 2008, I was elected as the VPOGX in our LC, Finally,My beloved OGX team and me, hit our goal successfully, in 2008/09 term, we achieved 300% growth of the OGX performance. And now, in the coming 2010, I am heading for L+X.

Besides the functional role, I was also the OC of the 08/09 Asia Pacific MC Transition Camp, and was the facilitator of the functional track in Mainland China National Conference, 2008.
In the long time OGX XP, I learned a lot from the functional work and my returnees’ Sharing, it made me realize that how big and how diverse the world is. As an exchanger, I should go abroad, live my own life in somewhere and meet my own challenge.
No doubt, Mexico,Latin America is my first priority. For its diverse culture background, colorful civilization, centuried architecture, interesting manner, picturesque scenery, fast developing economy, hospitable people, strong tequila and so on. It is really worth a journey.
I have so many ideas that I can’t draw you a clear picture about the imagination of Mexico in my mind, but it’s really attractive and excellent to me. And I can’t wait to meet you, and create some new story that belongs to all of us.
Last but not least, I don’t want to just act like an EP, but also want to involve into your AIESEC work, and make something happen. It’s extremely good to continue my AIESEC way in some other place.
Can’t wait to meet you there, wish all of you have a fabulous 2010. Maybe we have different accent, skin color, language, religion, cultural and political orientation, but We are all AIESECers. "
